Dolphin Generation Knitwear Limited is a 100% export oriented readymade garments manufacturer
& exporter in Bangladesh. We produce all kinds of knit garments. Such as t-shirt, polo shirt, tang
top, pant ETC.

strategic partner with the clients. As a part of our total Quality Management Philosophy, we are
continuously making lower cost of product and give the best quality to our customers. Sincerity,

and on time performance. Proper customer satisfaction and increase productivity is now as usual
challenge for us. So we trying to satisfied our employees and workers by proper treatment and

Our vision is to make a large knit composite factory which will be a world class composite factory
with a big supply chain and should be sustainable developed for environment. In short it will be a
one of the greatest green factory in Bangladesh.

Product range:
All types of Knit Garments like Men’s & Boy’s T-Shirt, A-Shirt, Underwear, Brief, Boxer, Ladies-
Panty, Boy-leg, Tank- top, Polo-Shirt & Bikini., Basic Shirt . We also are manufacturing all kinds
of infant top bottom set.
Productivity:
Approximately 30,000 Dozen per month Knit Item. (Quantity can be changed depends on item).
Work force:
There are more than 100 stuffs and 500 workers (both male & female) workers together every day.
They continuously working hard to make sure the product quality is better than previous day.
Sample section:
There is a sample section which is most active part of our factory. They produce minimum 120
pieces of product every day.
It’s should be considered as our little active production house. Pattern making sample development
following up measurements of products each and every thing has done shortly.
Cutting section:
We have a huge cutting section that cuts minimum 30000 pieces per day. They properly follow all
of the instruction to cut those fabrics.
Before the go to their production the tests fabrics as per requirements. They properly control
shrinkage quality of products, follow up color fastness rubbing test ETC then go for production.
They check roll to roll quality of fabrics. No mistakes to put stickers to attach all the parts in sewing
properly. This is a well organized section of our factory.
Sewing section:
This is the mother section of our factory. There are eight lines of sewing. Every day they produce
minimum 15000 pieces. All the workers work together to fill up their target. Expert sewing
operator’s works here and we are giving proper training to develop their skills.
This is a well organized section. So the wastage percentage is much lower than others. We make
sure the sewing floor is clean. Environment of sewing floor is pretty well. Sunlight and air properly
enter in every section. That’s why every workers works here very comfortably.
Ironing section:
This section is responsible for getup of garments. We have a ironing line and extra sample ironing
section. Here u can see the set up of ironing section.

This is the steam ironing section. The boiler of steam is far away from workers to their safety. They
all uses vacuum table of ironing. They works together to make sure the quality of fabric and design
look perfect. This section can iron 30000 pieces of garments per day.
Finishing section:
This section receive finished products, check quality, poly and carton it, prepare products for
inspection. To make sure the best quality of products this section doing a very essential job.

Store:
Our store maintains all fabrics accessories. They receive all the goods as per requirement and supply
it properly. Store is divided into two parts. They are:

Factory is totally equipped and conditioned to cover requirements for International Social
Compliance, some features of are as follows:
Stair Cases:
3.5 Feet wide spacious stair with one emergency evacuation on 2 unit.
Wash Room & Toilet:
1:20 Person.
Exit Signs:
Exit signs are marked clearly for emergency evacuation.
Emergency Medical:
Trained team of staff & worker to take initiatives in case of emergencies.
First Aid:
Adequate first aid boxes/kits are placed at different places.
Emergency Telephone:
List of containing emergency telephone number such as Fire Brigade, Hospitals and Police Stations
hanged for emergency need.
Fire Extinguisher:
Fire Extinguisher is placed in a very balanced manner.
Fire Drill:
Weekly fire drill is initiated.
Emergency Light:
Emergency lights are there to use in case of power failure.
Instant Power Supply:
Power Generator on used in the factory as source of instant supply of sufficient power for smooth
operation during the power cut from national grid.
Working Environment
An excellent work environment exists in the factory. Adequate ventilation, windows and electric
light is provided.
Child Labor
There are no body here under age that means under the age of 18. No child labor is allowed to work.
Weekly Holiday
The company runs 6 days policy for each and every worker.
Festivals Bonus
Company provide festivals bonus for two times in a year and the other hand we provide other
facilities of our worker like attendance bonus, production bonus etc.
That’s all about our factory in short. Though this is a small factory comparatively but its capable to
take more work load. We are continuously trying to make more efficiency growing up larger and
achieve our vision as soon as possible.
